Caller: “Sherry” Called up from “Next Generation Strategies - specialising in Tax minimisation and leveraging the house equity to decline tax by 30-50%” Only interested if I had 200k equity in my place, then hung up almost instantly when I said I didn’t have the money.
Has anyone else had a similar experience with this number??

Caller: Lady from Belouis Lady calling from Belouis saying I did some survey and I’ve won a $100 voucher from Bunnings etc if I sit in an omen hour presentation. Looks like the same scam as discussion on 0488 828 442 If you are searching this number, read that thread!
