Caller: I don't know

This number called 3 times in less than 2 minutes at around 1:30pm on a weekday. First time was silence, other two times was dial tone. I blocked them, obviously some kind of spam

Answered the call & got some creepy weirdo pulling the heavy breathing trick. So I wasted three minutes of his time & played System of a Down's Bounce at full volume into the phone speaker.
