Caller: A scammer pretending to be Telstra internet

It was a voice recording saying the internet isn’t working then I had to press 1 and a Indian girl asked me a few questions about what phones or tech devices I use. Then she transferred me to another Indian guy who asked me to install “Quick Support” app, it screen shares info so the scammers can get in your phone, computer or anything to get all your bank, and personal information then rob you...

I called back the number and it was an elderly English speaking lady... she didn’t seem to know someone was using her number to scam me...
