Cold Call for Agent for Ray White North Lakes

Phone suggested it was a potential scam call so I didn't answer. They apparently left a voicemail but I'm not sure if I should listen to it??

It said I had an urgent parcel that had failed to be delivered and needed to be clocked on. It’s 6am . Felt like a total scam. Number blocked

Real estate agent looking for leads on potential sales and trying to do a property evaluation. Don't answer and don't use Ray White or Belle property if you can help it.

Missed the call, so I phoned back, they had a voice message stating they were Ray White Real Estate and would send an sms. I never received any sms and tried to call a few more times just going to same message that you can not leave a voice msg on. I consider this to be a spam call from some mob.
