Dear Graham Young (Ray White Real Estate), Thank you for completely ignoring my NO JUNK MAIL sign which is prominently displayed on my mailbox.
I receive many unsolicited junk mail from real estates all the time. It’s so nice to know, whatever my desire for my own private property of over 14 years is, it will be simply overlooked in favour of what YOU need. As a property and marketing consultant, you obviously have every right to promote yourself at the expense of others. Far be it for me to have a say about my own property.
The only problems is. As a home owner and someone that enjoys building a property portfolio. I realise to deal with you would be a waste of my valuable time and money. If this is how you show respect for OTHER peoples personal property and their desire, I find it difficult to trust someone of your nature. After all, if you can’t respect a simple NO JUNK MAIL sign. What would you ignore in serious paperwork? If you feel you can push yourself at the expense of others, how much will you rip me off in the long run? No, I think I will choose one of the OTHER HUNDREDS of property managers that have respected my wishes and NOT DROPPED THEIR RUBBISH IN MY MAIL BOX.
