Telstra have always told me that they never contact direct. If your Internet is not working properly you have to contact them. I said that I did not use the computer but she wanted me to turn it on and and she would guide me through it. I refused. She told me it was easy for people to get information. When I suggested that she was the one trying to get access to it she gave up.
