Just seen this comment that the owner off this business has been done for fraud. What a joke as my realestate company has used them for years and I can tell you all our tradies that work for us have to have a police clearance.and that is to b produced to us every year so whoever it is stop your lies and your false comments and give unique exteriors a fair go

I feel sorry for this poor bloke he has built 4 patios for my wife and I over a period of years always great and any probs always straight back to fix them. Someone obviously has some sort of hate campaign going on come on guys he has to make a living

Had a quote he only wants cash payments, wake up people, cash only means ato scam big time. he doesnt care about the patios or quality of work being done he just wants cash. biggest scam con artist around. defend yourself on here *hidden* as your a joke NO ONE CARES ABOUT YOUR LIVELIHOOD....do you care about the dangerous patios you erect.nup. nasty patios. avoid him and his sh*t patios as YOU WILL REGRET IT. If a class action is being done on *hidden* from "Unique Exteriors" please post it as there will be numerous unsatisfied customers as his work is deplorable.

It is amazing how all these bad comments as most intelligent people can see come from the same person who seems to have a hate campaign against these guys .i know for a fact unique exteriors don't work in ballajura also Cottosloe or even Dianella . Sorry they do do some work in Dianella but that only maintenance for a realestate company on wich they are very happy with him so the person who has it in for them put your phone number to your bullsh*t complaints .no wouldn't want to do that would we grow up and get on with life . Had a patio shire approved then built all in 6 weeks and unique exteriors did not let me down in any way thankyou boys had nothing but great comments Xmas day . You will b getting more work from my family and friends in the near future thanks again .

My patio was just declared structurally unsound by a reputable building inspector february 2016. Built 2014. I have had constant issues with it since day one. We'll be out of pocket thousands to repair. And to add insult to injury he spends all his time writing fake positive reviews on this site. Disgusting behaviour.

Also "livelyhood" is spelt livelihood, so I guess "PC guru guys" is *hidden* too! No wonder your patios are so crap, with English this poor you probably can't read the instructions!

Third patio now that I have had unique exteriors build.Very happy with the job and the boys . And I assure you I will b using them again and I have no problem recommending to anyone else.

Not sure how this site works. I posted a comment 12th November 2014 advising that I had been happy with unique exteriors work. Then someone appears to have made a post on the 7th of December saying I eas taking back my original comments and complaining sour gutters. Please note the second post in December was not from me. I have no issues with unique exteriors work.

a $3950 patio which was so cheap .......yeah too cheap! now cost me $10,000 plus to fix all the errors and mistakes from this company!!!!

such a shoddy guy!!!! i am so annoyed with myself for allowing this cheap and nasty guy do my patio which looks like a 5 yr old did it. never answers my calls and refuses to accept his part on my crap patio. he is purely a con man with an attitude to match. just fix my patio u horrid man.

I only wish I had read some of these reviews prior to contracting *hidden*. My garage is so poorly built I'm afraid to allow my children to play under it. I told him I was unhappy with the work but he refuses to return to rectify. Avoid it all costs!
