This number has called me a couple of times. I haven't been able to take the calls at the time. I rang back and got a voice mail message stating that I have called Mark from Precision Finance.
I searched Precision Finance on the internet and this company seems to be a finance and insurance broker.

I have no idea why they would try to bother me. I'm debt free and not looking for finance. I can only presume that this was a telemarketer call to solicit new customers
