Caller: Scam scam scam Voice recording claiming to be the Department for Home Affairs - goes on to say my identity has been stolen and is being used for illegal purposes and press 1 to be transferrred to an officer.
Call was transferred and they just spent ages saying 'one moment maam with an Indian accent and then the call hung up' Background noise sounded like a very busy call centre...
must be a scam of some kind, but dont know how it works.
