Called to tell me they have delivered my meals,don't have a account with them maybe just spammers

Message: "Lite n' Easy: We are unable to finalise your order as your credit card was declined. Please urgently contact your bank and or update your payment details at ine.com.au before 11am. We'll try to process the payment once after that."
I have never had any dealings with Lite n' Easy

I also received a Wellbeing reminder for a past date. It was addressed to Amanda (not me) telling me to drink plenty of water to make blood collection easier. I’m also a LitenEasy customer.

the message read "Hi Amanda (not my name) your first health check is on Monday July 16" and so on and so on. I deleted it.

I've received a message from lite n easy via this number previously, but this time it was claiming to be a reminder for a health appointment for a past date, and to contact bell.l @ mqf.net.au to unsubscribe. I'm tempted to block the number, but then I won't receive reminders from lite n easy.

No problem, just their weekly reminder that if you want to place an order then do it by a certain time.
