Left message for a hire place to return my call as this was the number for them. They have recently taken over a new hire business which was why I was calling. They called back and left a message as Instant Marquees as I was not able to get to my phone in time. I tried calling back straight away but no answer. Don't think it is spam but definitely not good at returning calls, always goes to message but never get a call back.
