Caller: Visa/Mastercard scam

Very convincing. Don't give them any of your login details or connect to their system to upgrade banking app software.

Said they're from Visa/Mastercard and a fraudulent transaction has been made on your card. Very convincing. Had some old personal address details. Guessed my current bank correctly. Didn't want me to verify any of my account info. Gave me tips on how to keep my account safe. Wanted me to log into their system to upgrade the mobile phone banking app. Don't do it. This will give them access to your bank account. If you do your internet banking via a web browser don't give them your login ID.
