Caller: NBN apparently For 12 days we have been without internet. 3 times I have called ‘Telstra’ and get India. Each time, on the phone for over 1 hour. 3 times booked a tech to come around. 3 times received message from ‘NBN’ saying it’s fixed. I tried calling this number back but it’s disconnected. How the hell do I get in touch with a telstra in Australia?
