I found this number as a missed call on my mobile though I did not hear the phone ring or feel it vibrate.
I do not plan to call this number back.
If it's someone I know (but do not have their number listed in my phone) - OR, if it is important in any way - then they will call me back. Otherwise I treat this as suspicious.
