Received a text from Cardinia shire in response to an on-line comment. The text was too long for sms and was truncated. Probably a email to sms service.

got a text message saying the exact following:

Called, the number and it rang out - dodgy number when I searched it online

Sent me a verification code, nothing else with it and nothing to identify

Developer notified of works required. Delay due to Covid-19.
