Trying to scam businesses on behalf of the Police Association!

Caller: Ray Davidson

Knew my business name. Got disconnected and despite calling back several times hasn't answered - exactly the same as poster reported on August 24th. Asks you to leave a message but then the Messagebank is full. I also texted the number back and haven't received a response.
Sounds like a nice older gentleman which is the correct demographic for our business.

Called and hang up after Knowing our company name ! Scam Business caller !!!!!

just after bushfires in WA asking my small business to sponsor an ad in SW SES volunteers booklet on behalf of Australian Institute of Emergency Services

Caller: Claiming I have a Federal Case in Court

Something to do with ATO and there being a case against me and to select 1 as an option and then cuts off. I suspect it’s a scam of some sort. 30/11/20

Called 16/11/20 Rang out and did not leave a message. Suspect phone scam.

Scam caller trying to get your company name.

Reported to Scamwatch. Claimed to be from a Police journal, and for a “Fee” , you can have your business advertised. Bloody nuisance

scamming money, claiming it will go to "AiPol" but he spelt it to me as "ALPOL"
I am a business owner, thats how he had my details.
One of the more skilled scammers out there for sure.

Said his name was George and gave my business name said he'd been asked to give me a quick call then hung up in my ear. SCAM.

Caller: John Taylor

Calling himself John Taylor. Definitely a scam but sounded very legit!! He wanted to post my business in a women’s police journal or something similar. When I politely declined he started to get agitated, rude and hung up

I missed a call from this number and when I tried to call back and heard a mans voice saying to leave a message,, that was followed by another recording announcing it wouldn’t allow me to leave a message.

Scam caller, asked my business name then hung up in my ear. Never buy a Police calender
