Some bloke rang me from "neighbourhood watch" I said I wasnt interested he called me a dumb arse and hung up. I tried calling back but it said the optus phone I was calling was disconnected

They called me and without introducing them-self, asked me private information. Even I asked about them, they tried scape answering it.
