Caller: No Call - Just a text

They messaged and said:
"*My real name* I'd like to apologize for not getting this to you yesterday like we discussed: *insert weird 'jmrkz.site' website link*"
I was just commenting about another similar text I received from another number when I got the above.
The message from the first number was:
"*My real name* Please accept my apology for not getting this to you sooner: *insert weird 'durganist.com' website link*"

I got a text saying I had "incomplete transactions" and a link to durganist.com.
A scam im sure.
