I have had at least 4 phone calls over the last month, wanting to verify that i have been involved in a car accident in the last 9 months.
Didn't say my name properly, couldn't tell me who gave them my number except that it was the accident department, any details of the accident, eg when or where.
When I kept asking her questions she let out a big sigh and then hung up on me.
