i called him to replace a tap and tighten another tap in my house. When he arrived he didn't have a tap to replace my old one, so he had to come back. When he came back he had charged me for the two visits, when i confronted him about this he very quickly became aggressive/swearing. i don't appreciate being charged twice for a job he should have done in 10mins.
