Caller: Daniel or Samuel or Mas?

He’s a scammer. Tried to get me to pay 50% up front to buy motorcycle parts he obviously didn’t have. Uses a drivers license in the name of “Samuel Mark Eaton Taplin” with an address in Marina drive, Belair SA 5052. His bank account is with ING in Sydney. Please keep adding to his profile, and take the time to report this scumbag to crime stoppers. Stay safe out there.

I had the same experience, he contacted me on gumtree to a wanted add I had posted,
said he could send it for $300 including postage and handling, I spoke to him on the phone and all sounded legit, he sent through his drivers licence and bank details and i sent the money, then he asked for another $150 as shipping was much more than he thought, heavy bulky item it was still a good deal so I sent the extra, after that wouldn't take my calls only messaged a couple of time to say he's sending it, I've called so many time and nothing, this guy is a low life criminal.

scammed me for 275. half up front and half on delivery. never heard from him again. bsb 122778 acc 831077486. email address p389kk @ virginmoney.com.au goes by the name of daniel or samuel under the gumtree name mas. gives a copy of his drivers licence and photos of the goods. has a track record of multiple scams. known by the police under various aliases. only use paypal or sell direct with cash. gumtree pretend to care but its just lip service. gumtree is for people to sell to people and guys like him spoil it for everyone. for purchasing remote items online use ebay as its safe. he must have a terrible life and doesnt sleep well. he likely is supporting a drug or gambling addiction. i have pity for him. i have left it in the rear view mirror where it belongs.

Same details wanted us to buy seats for my maloo no paypal or c.o.d etc wanted upfront payment of 50% have references where i have sold vehicles ex east and pictures/phone numbers but wants upfront payment. Have license picture of individual also.

Uses a drivers license in the name of “Samuel Taplin” with an address in Marina drive, Please don't be fooled by his fake shipping forms, and take the time to report to police if u hear from him. All Gumtree users please don't be fooled.

He's a scammer. He replied to my wanted add on Gumtree. He wont answer any calls and uses a fake or stolen license under the name of Samuel Taplin. he sends through fake shipping consignments and wants 50% deposit then the other 50% after sending the consignment through. He needs to be held accountable by the law and Gumtree! Please be careful Gumtree users and if you hear from him get in touch with the police!

Said he was based in Sydney would send car part ,paid him $450 into a bank account
and he then wanted more money , then was uncontactable. Definitely a scammer. Don't buy anything from this person .

100% this guy is a scammer, claims to be in Adelaide. I asked to send photos with my name and date on the item he was selling and never got back to me. So do not buy anything from this person.
