I received an unsolicited call from this number, followed up by an SMS stating "Hi, How are you, My undying gratitude, to you. You are beautiful, inside and out. I love you so much." When you try to return the call, you get a voicemail which is a woman saying "Hello? Hello?" then silence (it happens every time you call, so it is obviously a recording). This is most likely the beginning of some type of scam.
