Caller: No idea of who personally called me, but they are wanting me to do a survey for Victorian education

They are linked to a company that calls itself Link Survey. I completed a couple of short courses last year and they are pestering me to do a short survey connected to that. They ended up sending me a text (as well as multiple emails) mentioning that this is my last chance to complete the survey and go into the draw for great prizes and all of that blah blah blah. I would have thought that by me ignoring their emails, phone calls, and messages now for three months at least,that they would get the hint that I was not interested,so I would say they are more of a nuisance than a spam or scam.... I will add more if there is more to add....apparently this is the last of it...
