Firstly a computer Said they were from Amazon prime and that my subscription was about to be renewed at $39 a month. If I wanted to cancel subscription to press 1. Puts you through to an Indian guy, who talking very fast and frantically, starts saying to put phone on loudspeaker. I simply said I never subscribed ND asked name he has down. Wasn't even my name. So I hung up
