Sent an SMS which just said TEST, REPLY STOP TO OPT OUT....... I just blocked the number, have no idea who it was.

I got this SMS, subject is: Test, Reply STOP to Opt-Out not sure the this is, checked here first, could be a way to get phone number confirmations as a live phone. wondering if others are receiving this type of SMS
