The messages are being sent from professional hackers and scammers that have Optus, fake synergy bills, iTunes Gift cards and fake apps designed to take your pay safe money on the go. They are known as the "Can't tell" gang. A play on words from the notorious Cartell as this duo from Perth WA poke some fun at themselves.

Just got the same message as others, find it strange that they knew how much I owed on my next bill. But obviously a scam, just report them to scamwatch

Got a random message from this number but all of my Optus Billing messages were automatically saved in my contacts. Treat this number like a scammer and don't reply.
