Recieved a survey sms.Rang CommBank they confirimed it was not there number and to block the number and delete the sms.

Commbank will send legitimate surveys through an email. Not text.
Do not reply. Block then delete.

Also received this, appears to be legitimate. Survey text came a day after.

Automated call from Commonwealth Bank querying a failed transaction. Also a survey asking how was the experience.
