had a phone call that went straight to a voice recording that said “I am under investigation by Tax Department and my tax file is suspended” I had to press 1 to find out the details of why I am being investigated. I pressed 1, but wasn’t game to stay on so after a couple of seconds I hung up. Bizarre!
And this was the number that called me. I tried phoning back and it went straight to msg bank.
