I think the best answer to this message is to vote for the Labor party.

Qld state election political spam, apparently connected to Clive Palmer / Palmer United Party. Received similar message from 'Mineralogy' (no number, just name, which is Palmer's company) and then this message from the number you've listed. May be worth lodging complaint with ACMA and/or Qld Electoral office.

There should be legal action the holder of this number for breaching privacy laws and dirty politics.
