called mobile and had my old email address and wants to send me information blocked

This number is stalking me .
How many times can you not answer the call.
But they keep bothering me three times a day .

Man with accent said he's Kevin from Offshore (....?). I said the name means nothing to me. I asked "What business was that again?". He hung up.

Same as others , Audible background noise and chatter then caller hangs up ... with annoying frequency.

Scam. Called 3 times in a week, no message left. When you call back it’s straight to voicemail which is full. Blocked number.

Usually, there will be an entry from people who do answer these numbers and as expected, the call is a nuisance telemarketer call, apparently trying to sell offshore investments. Because I don't answer and they don't leave a message my information comes from other postings from people who do answer unknown numbers. My advice to people is do not answer calls from numbers you don't know. It is the only way to stop this practice. The only way telemarketing works is by people answering the call. Don't answer! In the unlikely event that the call is important, the caller will leave you a message.
