Caller: Express Direct Couriers

Person left a voicemail stating they were from express direct couriers for a delivery to my last name - I am not waiting on any purchased items therefore likely a scam

Called office requesting information about a client. Advised we were not going to provide information under the Privacy Act. Then told me he had a package that was returned to Express Direct Couriers. Became very irate and I suspect this was a scam caller or debt collector.

Been calling me. Suspect related to debt collection agencies, most likely skip tracers trying to get and/or confirm physical residential address. Be careful!
