This person phoned claiming she was from nbn and asked me ,you know how computer speed fluctuates?and you know hackers...trying to sell me some sort of security...I cut her off saying I dont have a computer or nbn, she came back to me with a personal attack at me, of which I said I beg your pardon, this doesnt seem the right job for you as your not very good at it...and she told me to shut up and hanged up.
