Caller: Telstra about disconnecting my NBN I usually try to keep them talking as long as possible. It pisses them off and keeps them from scamming someone else. They give you 2 options: press 1 to talk to someone and press 2 to get your nbn cut off. However this one just hung up when I took too long to press 1 to talk to an operator.
