Caller: CRedit Corp As they DO all day every day various mobile numbers and land line numbers used to harass courtesy of MAJOR bank ANZ selling your information regarding unsecured lending CREDIT Cards ie..Credit card & savings ac held since 1985 and ANZ sold debts even though I had been repaying by arrangements made for 7 years 2017- and could no longer afford. Letter was sent to other debt collectors BAYCORP operating on ANZ behalf who were sent letter advising of Financial position & unable to afford or pay any further. Jan.24 & NO REPLY received since. ANZ then sold information to CREDIT CORP(or assigned they say on standard letter done by computers no name or signature). I know & believe from 20yrs of working for a Major Bank they should not provided another CREDIT CARD $20k limit by and INdian when $25k already held & sort arrange personal loan. INDIAN CALL CENTRE. Only Major bank to write off CC debt with no further letters or harassment was the bank I worked for. CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR OF CUSTOMER DETAILS SOLD TO DEBT COLLECTORS who I have contacted by phone MBL & landline NO.s on several occasions & sent letters advising of NO FURTHER IMPROVMENT on financial position - earning or owned assets. If I could suggest any action for anyone else it would be to GO BANKRUPT!!!! At least that's over in 3 years. Rather than being continually harassed by leaches operating as a business/ENTITY to LIMIT LIABILITY. Start Again would be my recommendation..

They either don't leave messages, or they trigger your voicemail recording and leave a split second of weird-a** audio and hang up. Creepy weirdos calling, no idea who these cretins are but what they're doing is illegal, immoral and an abuse of the telecommunications services. People conducting themselves in these ways should be banged up in the clink indefinitely until they learn how to properly use telecoms. I've said it once and I'll say it 1,000 times. When Telstra was Telecom Australia and government-owned, if someone harassed/threatened/made nuisance stalky repeated calls to you, even repeated creepy silent hang up calls via fixed phone (not that many people had mobiles in those times), you would call Telecom, report it and they would put a trace on your line and monitor it for you. If that someone called you again, they would catch out the perp, they would be able to pinpoint the origin of the call and they would call them and give them a stern warning to stop their conduct or they would be reported to the cops and prosecuted. It worked every time, it stopped the behaviour. In other words, customers of Telecom Australia were PROTECTED as well as RESPECTED. This should be the case for mobile phone account holders too, especially law abiding ones who are minding their own bizzo and working hard and paying bills and taxes. Bring back those days of early 1990s and RESPECT telecommunications and all customers. Don't get me started on use of the internet. I'll try and put this comment in for each and every number that I end up blocking. These spam warning services are about the only we can collectively best these modern day pests and fight back against this wasteful and immoral conduct. Block these numbers.

This number rang me twice today. I rang back, thinking it was a call for my business. The operator wanted to speak with my partner, I asked who is the company and they didn't answer me, just asked if I could pass message on. I rang back later, got a different operator...I again asked who is the company, I was told that this information can only be revealed with my partners permission. I asked for my number to be removed from records, again denied without partners permission.

Caller: the thugs of credit corp Credit Corp, they are Debt collectors. They have no reason to call me as I am NOT the person who they're looking for. The person on the phone from Credit Corp said to me that they can make my life so difficult and they will continue to tyrannise me even if I'm not the person who they're looking for. Why? I do not even know the person they are looking for. They are picking on innocent people. They call innocent people to intimidate them and threaten people with aggression. Credit Corp are thugs connected to loan sharks and the Russian oligarchs and mafia. They should also be sanctioned.

Caller: Credit Corp I get calls and text messages from their various numbers. I wont speak to them, but text them back asking what it is about. They NEVER reply to text, only call again but don't explain what its about. I have read from lawyers not to answer the phone as these people will edit what you say to make it sound like you are answering questions. Lawyers advise NEVER to talk to them on the phone, only through email or letters.

Hung up on her. She just messaged me as well. Low life scumbags. Buying debts for $0.05 on the dollar and demanding full payment

Caller: Credit Corp These parasites have been calling non stop on different numbers for the last 3 hours. 4 times just while tying this. Stop calling me, stop calling my parents, stop calling my neighbours. Shut your wide greedy eyes and stop rubbing your hands together. Just like this debt, you dont exist to me.
Don't give them the time of day.
Initially what I thought might be a $500 debt bought by a previous debt collector who claimed I owed them $10,000 so I Tried to do the right thing and contacted to request more detail. Never once suggesting I knew anything about that they claim I owed. Whilst waiting for them to provide they took it to court. They blatantly lied to the court and I refuse to the core to be bullied into paying money I do not owe using outright illegal tactics. 6 months later without any payments they sell for $16.000 fave value to these bozos. They are even ripping each other off now. Previous company has already made a healthy profit. I fail to see how any of what they do is legal. Greedy parasites. I can’t even trust them to pick up the phone and try to find the origin of this debt.
I believe collectors pay approx 4% of the debt. Why not make one last offer to the debtor of 5% or 8% before sale. Instead of lining their pockets with others misery.

Caller: Credit Corp One of the hundreds of numbers they try to call from. Have used crazy tactics to try to make contact but when they won’t disclose who they are and I don’t agree with their ways I refuse to deal with them. Have called neighbours I don’t even know to door knock at my house and make contact. Have somehow found records of my private landlord and they have made comments of “we know you live in —so and so’s— house”, called a very random and distant acquaintance and discovered this must have come about from a Facebook profile pic 6 years ago in which this person commented on and said they would text me... dodgy and sly. Won’t ever disclose who they are without all your personal information first and refuse to disclose where they obtain private information or these other contacts from. They’ll never get a cent out of me.
