Its a Robo call - the scammers are so lazy they cant even make the call themselves. Its a BS message about it being from the criminal agency and there has been fraudulent activity on your account and they have reported it to the authorities and before it gets processed you need to contact them - hahaha they are such dumb f***s! I blocked the number
