Caller: Generated Voice/ Chinese Speaker Number is being used in a Spoofing/Neighbour Spoofing (identity Theft) with a generated voice/ or Chinese language. The owner of the number has no idea, Called up and spoke with a owner of the phone (English Speaker). Owner has no idea, and has set measures in voice mail explaining any calls from this number to block immediately, unless personally know owner.
