These people are scammers pretending to be from the NAB Anti-fraud Department. They will give you a name, an employee number, etc. They say there's been irregular activity on your account & you need to give them the SMS sent from your bank to fix it. They will ring multiple times to establish new payees on your account and conduct multiple transactions, each time requiring you to tell them the unique SMS for each occasion. They will even give you a reference number for each "cancellation of a transaction", while they siphon money out of your account.

they called and told me that they were calling from my NAB bank account in Lilydale (I live near that bank) . When I said I have never had a NAB bank account they hung up.
