Caller: Apparently "Amazon Prime" Apparently my Amazon Prime account was going to auto renew for $99.99 today - And if you wanted to speak to someone about cancelling it, you would need to press 1 for the Cancellation Department...... For $99.99 i would hope i'd get more than a streaming service for amazon prime.... oh wait, i don't even have that....
