Caller: Someone claiming confidently to be from Telstra Internet service

Claimed that my internet line would be hacked from oversees. Started instructing me to install Mydesk.com application so he could check my sometimes slow internet. This app can give someone control over devices. I refused: he threatened my internet would be cut off. I requested details to be mailed to me. Then he hung up.
