SMS re debt collection for alleged unpaid tollway trip in September, with dodgy looking web link to click on. No details of date/time, tollway location, registration number, name or anything else for the alleged offence. Caller blocked, but what does that achieve? This sort of thing should automatically be prosecuted as fraud and a public nuisance.
