Scam Call , about losing internet connection but Identified me by service provider telstra . asking to provide ip address balh....

Definite scammer . Asian lady pretending to be from Telstra, saying my computer was full of error messages and she could help me fix them??? I have not had the computer on for several days!

rang to say I have problems with my internet I asked her what internet I had twice then she hung up bloody scammers who have nothing better to do

Said they were Telstra and not scammers other wise they wouldn’t ring. Told me my internet was being used illegally unfortunately my. IMO was already turned on. But I asked the women which internet connection was being used she started to yell at me that my two homes were on the same connection (which is rubbish) I said if your from Telstra you tell me which internet connection she preceded to yell again do I just hung up. I understand that if s problem is withTelsra that an Australian in Australia will call in regards to it

A Mr Harry Johnston from the Telstra Support team proceeded to tell me my internet was broken and I needed to turn on my desktop to fix.

Looks like it's coming back ....... silence then lots of noise .... maybe callcentre w*nker.

Repeat calls from this number. Hangs up upon answer and when called back.
