Most likely definately a scam of some kind.

I got a text saying i had an overdue toll invoice which is impossible as i do not drive at all (dont even have a drivers license the thought of driving terrifies me so why learn when busses exist?) And rarely leave my house other than for work.

Upon doing research into what a toll even is and how one even pays an over due one. the url of the google results for actually paying a toll was quite different to the one in the text (the text was like 'tinyurl dot com' or something which also does not look genuin even ignoring everything else ive already stated)
