Don't know the number? Then don't answer it, and put them straight to Blacklist. It is VERY SUSPICIOUS that a seldom used number (mine, not the one being commented on) suddenly starts getting calls from unknown persons (i.e. the one being commented on) shortly after actually having some activity. These people must be hacking the activity logs of service providers: surely that must be illegal. Catch them, jail them.
