Caller: SCAMMER!! Don't respond or click on links that they text. They pretend they are from LINKT, the toll road company. They say a toll bill has not been settled and to click on a link... They are counting on those living in big cities who may pass through toll roads to click on it without thinking. SCAMMERS.
