Telemarketers for insurance

This number is for something called "the national support centre". It comes up on your mobile as a call from Australia but the call actually comes from overseas. I've received calls from this number before. I'm in Australia, south Australian. I let calls go thru to my voicemail if I don't recognise the number. They don't leave a message. I call the number back. I have no interest in talking to this organisation. I block the number but it still comes thru. I'm on the don't call registry so I'm unsure as to why I still get these kind of calls.
