Caller: SMS Text Message purporting to be DHL

Message received was "Your DHL package is on its way! Click http://lorenapruiz.com...." We regularly receive this type of DHL package text from different mobile phones. Whilst the click links vary, the message is consistent regarding a DHL package. Never followed the link but it is a scam of some sort.

Caller: DHL?

SMS asking to click a funny link for tracking a Parcel. Similar messages sent from different numbers, more than ten in a week.

"Your package is about to be delivered, track here"
Called the number, no answer.
