No idea who called; they left a message in Chinese. I tried to call back but their voicemail welcome is also in Chinese so I assume it is at best a junk call and at worst some sort of scam aimed at Chinese speakers (unfortunately I do not speak any Chinese dialect so no idea what they were calling about).
