The caller claimed she was from NBN and the call was to advise all customers. She repeatedly said I have an error message on the screen and should be careful about hackers. I am not an ISP and have no direct contract with NBN, and I cannot see how NBN has the resources to employ a group of callers to call 'every' NBN customer.
