I received a call from this number. I declined the call due to problems with scammers and i didn't recognise the number. However I tried calling it back to check and as I suspected, the message was "Optus advises the number has been disconnected". It was literally less than a minute between receiving the call and having ilthe number disconnected. I have had this issue with so many different mobile numbers. I can only think Optus must have employees using available numbers, harrassing people then immediately disconnecting the number so they can't be caught. OPTUS! You need to investigate your staff or whoever has access to these numbers.
