Caller: Bill comparison company Unsolicited sales call. Kept saying he wasn't selling anything, but was in reality trying to sell a service. Wouldn't say what company he was from, just that it was a bill comparison company trying to help me with my electricity bill. Extremely pushy and still talking when I (politely, after explaining myself) hung up.
